Product Notes
The Brash Higgins FRNC Cabernet Franc is an epitome of brilliance from Australian winemaking. This intriguing wine flaunts an inviting crimson hue and a vibrant bouquet of ripe blackberries and forest floor. With a sip, it unveils distinct layers of dark plum, cassis, and sundry spices, harmoniously woven amidst delicate, silken tannins. The wine reveals an elegant wood profile, owing to its maturation in French Oak Barrels. This medium-bodied Cabernet Franc is beautifully balanced, proffering a surprisingly long, fruity finish. Excellent for a cosy evening, it's a testament to the artistry of winemaking down under.
Tasting Notes
A translucent ruby/violet in colour. The nose is lifted, aromatic, complex with jalapeno chilli and a roasted, sweet charred green capsicum nose, violet leaf. There is pepper, cedar, ashes, rose petals, earthy fragrances like piles of leaves in autumn, exactly what this vineyard smells like after a summer rain. Balanced, vibrant, medium bodied, the wine has a satiny, svelte mouth feel and a long smooth finish with grip
