Product Notes
Colene Clemens Vineyards Dopp Creek Estate Pinot Noir, an American wine, is indeed a delight for the discerning palate. This Oregonian wine has an impressive litheness, a serene balance between firm tannins and bright acidity, herded cleverly by flavours of ripe berries and cherries. Underlying hints of currants, red liquorice, and earthy tones add a pleasant complexity. The wine is elegantly finished with subtleties of mocha and seasoned oak that linger gracefully. Akin to a beautiful symphony, this Pinot Noir is harmoniously orchestrated, from its inviting bouquet to its tasteful finale, leaving a captivating imprint on the senses.
Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, heavily perfumed and floral, very elegant on the palate with violets and black cherry, supple tannins and fresh acidity, yet fairly full-bodied at the same time. Pretty aromas of rich red fruit and savoury herbs, which carry through on the palate. finishing with ripe cherry and rosemary: very delicious and approachable.
