Product Notes
David Moret Chassagne-Montrachet is an exquisite Burgundy white from the Chassagne-Montrachet region of France. Revered for its expressive and nuanced character, this Chardonnay excels in a delicate balance of rich fruit and refreshing minerality. Pronounced notes of ripe apple, pear and honey create a complex bouquet, complemented by undertones of almond and vanilla. Matured in new oak barrels, it carries a subtle hint of toasty brioche. The wine's powerful flavour profile will linger long after the final sip, making it an attractive companion for a sophisticated soiree. Its elegance, complexity and full-bodied texture make it a favourite among connoisseurs.
Tasting Notes
This wine is fantastic, it is precise and fills the palate with flavours of toasted brioche and tangerines. It is incredibly concentrated with refreshing acidity and is perfectly balanced. It is drinking well now but will also develop favourably with further bottle ageing.
