Product Notes

Elena Walch Beyond The Clouds Bianco is an exquisite white wine from Italy's distinguished Elena Walch winehouse. This refined blend boasts complex, intricate notes of exotic fruits, prevalent aromas of apple and vanilla, mingling gracefully with subtler hints of butter and nut. On the palate, it presents an elegant creaminess, harmoniously balanced with a lively acidity. This bianco's profound hues of golden yellow and its persistent, luxurious finish testify to its remarkable maturation in oak barrels. Truly, a first-rate choice for those seeking a sophisticated, full-bodied white wine experience, Beyond The Clouds has an irresistible allure of intensity and integrity.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant, intensive yellow is the colour of our white blend Beyond the Clouds. In the nose, a complex, beguiling play of aromas unfurls with fruity nuances of exotic fruits such as pineapple, notes of blossoms and flowers, of rose petals and light toast aromas. Dense and complex, the wine enthuses on the palate: with fullness and structure, creamily soft and elegant, stimulatingly fresh and juicy with a discreetly incorporated, modest note of wood and a long reverberation of taste.
