Cristom Vineyards Eileen Vineyard Pinot Noir is an exquisite creation from the heart of Oregon’s wine country. This American wine can mirror the elegance of its French counterparts with its understated complexity. The Pinot Noir enthrals with its vibrant ruby hue, while revealing layers of black cherry, spearmint, and rose petal nuances on the palate. Aged in French oak barrels, the wine exudes hints of anise, cocoa, and earthiness lending a well-rounded finish. Its supple tannins and invigorating acidity makes the Pinot Noir a stellar companion to food, especially dishes like lamb shank and roast duck. Truly a treat for refined palates.

Tasting Notes

Deep scarlet. A complex, highly perfumed bouquet evokes spice-tinged raspberry liqueur, cherry and potpourri, along with a deeper cola nuance and a hint of smoky minerality. Velvety and seamless on the palate, offering expansive red and blue fruit, lavender pastille and spicecake flavors underscored by a vein of juicy acidity.
