Product Notes

The Groot Constantia Sauvignon Blanc represents an exquisite expression of Cape Town's most renowned vineyards. It exudes a crisp, fresh bouquet, featuring vivacious notes of gooseberry, green apple, and a hint of tropical fruits. Its taste reveals an invigorating acidity that complements its rich, fruity flavours, offering a lingering, well-balanced finish. This white wine is beautifully crafted, therefore making it a perfect companion for seafood or cream-based dishes. It's an articulate testament to South Africa's vinicultural prowess enhanced by the beauty of the Constantia Valley's cool climate.

Tasting Notes

Ripe summer fruit, elderflower and citrus aromas are complemented by subtle herbaceous undertones. Rich and creamy on the palate with an abundance of ripe fruit; the full bodied flavours are supported by a delicate acidity.
