Product Notes

Marco Marengo Barolo wine embodies elegance and structure, hailing from the prestigious wine region of Piedmont, Italy. This red wine features richly textured layers of dark fruit, crushed flowers, spices, and fresh herbs, graced with sleek tannins and vibrant acidity. Its expressive bouquet and complexities are reflective of the Nebbiolo grapes grown in the calcareous clay soils of La Morra village. With a fine balance and lengthy finish, Marco Marengo Barolo is a true expression of its terroir. A perfect companion for red meat and game dishes, it's a wine that enhances with age, worthy of the grandest cellar.

Tasting Notes

An aromatic, fruity La Morra Barolo wit[h a bit of sinew binding the sweet red fruit together. Whilst relatively rich and round, there is life to the fruit. The red berry flavours are infused with fragrant notes of dried rose, finishing on a smooth generous kirsch note.
