Product Notes

Mas De Daumas Gassac Moulin de Gassac Pinot Noir is an incredibly elegant wine from the Languedoc region in Southern France. The wine presents a deep garnet colour with red cherries and subtle earthy tones on the nose, followed by hints of spices. On the palate, it's remarkably smooth and balanced, offering a lovely marriage of ripe berries, sweet spices and a touch of vanilla, indicative of its oak ageing. A delicious wine with a dry, lengthy finish, it pairs superbly with roasted meats or lightly spiced dishes. An unmissable French classic with stunning complexity and depth.

Tasting Notes

Elegant light red with brick tint. Complex and delicate nose. Tipicity of the Pinot noir: candied cherry, light roasted hints and moka.Mouthwatering. Abundant fruit. A beautiful freshness and soft tannins made it a balancedand fine Pinot.
