Sophisticated and complex, Meiomi Chardonnay embodies an exquisite amalgamation of flavours. It boasts a creamy texture suffused with rich tropical fruits, presenting a vibrant yet elegant sensory experience. Perfectly balanced between freshness and creaminess, underlying notes of oak and vanilla enhance its alluring complexity. Tasting Notes

A blend of Chardonnay grapes with about a third each coming from Monterey, Sonoma and Santa Barbara. Fermentation of each parcel was split between oak and tank. The Monterey fruit contributing ripe stone fruit and a creamy character, the Sonoma grapes bringing crisp apple and a lean minerality and the Santa Barbara grapes bring exotic sweet spice and lively tropical fruit flavours to the blend.
