Mullineux Iron Swartland Chenin Blanc is a distinctive South African wine, hailing from Swartland. With its luxurious golden hue, it boasts an expressive bouquet of honeyed pears, white flowers and baking spices. On the palate, it balances a lively acidity with rich, sumptuous undertones of dried peaches and apricots. The touch of minerality is a nod to its namesake 'Iron' soils that lend an exceptional depth of flavour. This is a full-bodied, complex wine with a long, satisfying finish, making it an excellent pairing for poultry dishes and cream sauces.
