Product Notes

Crafted at the revered Ovum Wines estate, PNK Salt Rosé wine is a symphony of elegance and vivacity in a bottle. This delightful rosé exudes a blush salmon hue in the glass, giving way to an enticing bouquet of sun-ripe strawberries, subtle citrus and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt. On the palate, the wine is eloquently balanced with harmonious notes of wild berries, flinty minerals and crisp acidity. PNK Salt Rosé finishes with a light, zesty sparkle, epitomising the relaxed sophistication of the very finest rosés. Perfect for summertime soirées, this is a delectable treat for wine connoisseurs and novices alike.

Tasting Notes

Cherry jam explodes from the glass with top notes of geraniol, currants and green fig leaf. It actually smells like red wine, which is unusual given the lack of skin contact! The palate has bracing acidity which is a reminder of why cabernet sauvignon ages so well, and is shocking given the wine has gone through full ML.
