This rich and buttery Chardonnay has been named after the Bird in Hand Nest Egg, a renowned wine from the Adelaide Hills. The grapes are grown on rolling hillsides, providing plenty of sun and fresh air for the vines to thrive. After harvest, the wine is barrel-fermented in French oak for added complexity and depth of flavour. The result is a delicious wine with notes of apple, pear, and butterscotch that pairs perfectly with roast chicken or creamy pasta dishes. Cheers!
