The climate and soil here is especially well-suited for Dolcetto grapes, which gives the wine its characteristic fruity flavor. This wine has a deep ruby color and aromas of blackberry, raspberry, violet, and licorice. On the palate it is medium-bodied with flavors of red fruit and spice. Serve at room temperature with roast pork or lamb chops.
