Chateau Calon Segur is a renowned winery in the Saint-Estephe appellation. The wine is produced from grapes grown in the Médoc region of France, on the left bank of the Gironde estuary. The 2014 vintage was ranked 3rd Cru Classé (out of 18) by the Robert Parker Wine Advocate.
This wine is a full-bodied red with aromas of black fruit and spices, and flavors of plum, black cherry, and violet. It has a long finish with well-integrated tannins. Pair it with beef or lamb dishes, or aged cheeses.
