If you're a fan of elegant and complex red wines, then you'll love Chateau Greysac. This 95 hectare estate can be found on the gravelly soils around the village of By, north of St Estephe. 50% of the grapes planted here are Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot making up 38%. 10% is Cabernet Franc, while Petit Verdot takes up only 2%. The wine has been produced since the early 1800s, and previous owners have included Georges Héreil and more recently, the Agnelli family (who own Fiat and Ferrari).
