This Chenin Blanc from David & Nadia is a crisp wine that does well alongside spicier dishes! The grapes are harvested from seven old vine vineyards, with the vines planted between 1962 and 1982. The wine was whole bunch pressed and naturally fermented, and then matured for 11 months in old French oak barrels before bottling.
