Tasting Notes

Pale salmon colour, intense and complex with red apple combined with pink grapefruit, a hint of musk and subtle shortbread aromatics. A brut style with a richness and creaminess on the palate from the natural fruit weight and time on lees in bottle. A tight acid line and fine lacy bead drive the wine through the palate adding length and precision.
