Product Notes

Benjamin Bridge Brut Reserve is an exceptional Canadian wine graced with refined elegance. This sparkling wine showcases a golden hue, deep minerality and lively effervescence. The rich palate is suffused with complex flavours, intermingling apple, citrus, and toasty brioche notes. It's perfectly balanced, coupling racy acidity with a finely textured structure. Aged on lees for five years, the Brut Reserve unleashes layers of subtlety and sophistication, making it perfect for dignified occasions. Produced in the traditional method, it's an exquisite reflection of the terroir of the Gaspereau Valley in Nova Scotia. A sophisticated indulgence indeed!

Tasting Notes

In the glass, a deep golden colour with a straw hue. The nose is immediately captivating, with heightened citrus notes of lemon preserve and fresh ruby red grapefruit, supported by the most subtle and delicate floral suggestion. The palate is expansive, dense and rich, with a tightly knit texture and energizing hints of apricot sorbet. The finish appears almost everlasting, as our terroir’s unmistakable saline minerality reverberates.
