Product Notes
Louis Jadot Saint-Romain is a sublime white Burgundy hailing from the prestigious vineyards of the Côte de Beaune, France. Offering a delicate nose of fresh almonds, brioche and citrus, this wine teases the palate with crisp white fruit flavors and a tender minerality, underpinned by a creamy, oak-induced complexity. Post-fermentation, it's aged in wooden barrels for 15 months, producing a graceful texture and persistent finish. Ideal for pairing with delicate fish, poultry, and creamy sauces, this wine exudes an unmistakable elegance typical of Louis Jadot's masterful winemaking. A true delight to the senses, it’s an exemplar of fine French viticulture.
Tasting Notes
Saint-Romain shows a pale yellow colour with green touches. The nose is very expressive with white flowers and white fruit flesh aromas. It is well structured in the mouth with a nice acidity giving a very nice and fresh aftertaste.
