Produttori Di Manduria Zin Fiano is a stunning yet underrated white wine, hailing from southern Italy, notably the Puglia region. This light-bodied white exhibits exquisite depth, presenting a beautiful fusion of crisp citrusy flavours and delicate floral notes. Matured with minimalist human interference, the wine exudes natural oaky undertones. On the palate, expect an exquisite balance of fruity vivaciousness and mineral complexity. It pairs marvellously with mild cheeses or seafood dishes. Straw yellow with slight green notes. Intense and complex sweet apple and pear perfume with some soft orange flora. Dry, well structured and a palate that reflects the delicious aroma.
