Product Notes
Senses Day One Pinot Noir exudes exceptional elegance and complexity. Crafted in Sonoma County, California, this wine offers an alluring bouquet of ripe cherries, wild strawberries, and savoury spices. Its rich earthy undertones are beautifully balanced by a bright acidity, culminating in a lengthy, velvety finish. Matured in delicate French oak, it reveals subtle hints of vanilla and toasted bread. With every sip, this Pinot Noir evolves on the palate, delivering a truly delightful wine-drinking experience. Pair it with a hearty meat dish or creamy cheese to really bring out its nuanced flavours. This is a class act wine, exemplary of its varietal.
Tasting Notes
It has a classic, almost Russian River-like nose of mulled red and black fruits, forest floor, conifer, and spiced orange. This carries to a medium-bodied Pinot Noir with wonderful purity of fruit, a pure, precise texture, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish. It’s going to be even better in another year or so and should have a decade of prime drinking
