Tasting Notes
A wonderfully pure and clean cut nose sees crystal clear aromas of flint, roasted hazelnuts, lemon zest, lemongrass and white pear float from the glass in this excellent rendition of this iconic vineyard. On the palate those crisp roasted nut flavours are shot through with notes of lemon drop, rock salt and fine lemon cream – clear and lucid with great underlying minerality. Structurally this is very fine indeed, with beautifully measured flavours built around a juicy but cool structure.
