Aged in stainless steel vats to retain its natural flavour, this wine is a superb offering from the Gaia winery. Gaia Monograph Assyrtiko's delightful complexity and refreshing acidity make it an excellent match with seafood or poultry, resonating the authentic essence of Greek wine-making.
