Product Notes

Ferrari Perlé Rosé Riserva is an exquisite Italian sparkling wine, exceptional for its arresting rosé hue. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it offers a sophisticated palette of wild strawberries, aromatic herbs and mineral tones. Boasting a silky texture and a subtle, persistent perlage, it embodies elegance. The maturation on the lees for at least six years grants a remarkable complexity and depth. This wine pairs splendidly with shellfish, poultry, or fruit desserts. In careful crafting of Ferrari Perlé Rosé Riserva, we find exuberance of Trentino terroir and commitment to excellence that Ferrari champions.

Tasting Notes

It immediately strikes you with its intense and brilliant old rose colour, enriched with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is concentrated and complex: notes of orange, plum, peach and redcurrant and raspberry jam give way to yeasty hints. On the palate, its rich, mouth-filling, well-balanced structure is counterpointed by nicely modulated acidity. The long finish displays nuances of berry fruits, caramel and almond nougat.
