Product Notes

Grace Koshu Kayagatake wine is a stunning Japanese tipple admired for its exquisite essence and style. Produced in the Yamanashi region, this wine exhibits an elegant blend of pear, lime, and yuzu flavours, accentuated by hints of white peach and smooth minerality. Its gentle palate is further enriched by crisply refined acidity and a balanced finish – notably evocative of its graceful name. This wine's inviting, silky texture, masterly amalgamation of fruity aromas, harmonious freshness, and distinctive character make it a delightful companion to a range of dishes or enjoyed alone. A genuine pleasure for the discerning wine lover.

Tasting Notes

The freshness and elegance of this wine is quite remarkable. Layered aromas of green apple, lime, gooseberry combine with notes of lilac, camomile and delicate spice. Bone dry and smooth on the palate with cool-climate acidity providing refreshing balance to the rich fruit. This is youthful and energetic.
