Waterford Estate The Jem wine is an exquisite South African premium blend, reflecting the diversity of the stunning Stellenbosch region. It's an elegant fusion of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, offering superior complexity. The Jem boasts an enticing aroma of dark fruits, spices, and earthy undertones. On the palate, it presents an opulent body with layers of flavour, demonstrating notes of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and a subtle hint of violets. Its impeccable balance between fruit and spice, bolstered by a mature finish, embodies the meticulous Wine Master’s craftsmanship behind this luxurious bottle.

Inviting aromatics of rich dark chocolate and plum fruit, with additional layers of earthy tones, clove spice, crushed violets and a combination of dark, red berries. The palate is well balanced, coated with velvety tannins which provide fullness, and a natural acidity that adds vibrance and elegance to the lasting finish.
