Product Notes

C.V.N.E Monopole Clásico Blanco is a timeless Spanish wine that boasts a golden hue. A bewitching blend of Viura and Palomino Fino grapes, this wine offers an incomparable aroma filled with delightful floral notes, together with nuances of dried fruit and nuts. On the palate, it is delicately balanced with a vibrantly crisp acidity, exhibiting flavours reminiscent of green apple and pear. Aged in Oak, it has a uniquely complex finish with touches of spice. This elegant and refreshing wine, bespeaks the rich tradition of Rioja and is best enjoyed with seafood and light, creamy dishes.

Tasting Notes

The nose is very expressive and intensely aromatic, its great complexity standing out and revealing many aromas such as chamomile flowers, autumn fruits, nuts, patisserie and mineral notes. The palate is lively, full bodied, unctuous and velvety with a long, fresh and saline finish.
