Yalumba Hand Picked Shiraz Viognier is an exceptional blend offering a striking balance between firm tannins and lush, ripe fruit flavours. Hailing from Australia's Barossa Valley, it is meticulously handpicked ensuring premium quality. Exhibiting a rich palate of dark berry, rhubarb, and a hint of peppery spice, intertwined seamlessly with the aromatic notes of Viognier, it delivers a satisfying finish. An addition of Viognier gives it a delicate floral aroma, complemented by undertones of vanilla and mocha derived from oak maturation. Medium depth purple in colour. The freshness and vibrancy of Eden Valley Shiraz abounds, coupled with the complexity and intrigue from 20% whole bunch fermentation. Cool spices, red cherry, raspberry and alluring violets flow into peppercorn and herbaceous notes. This is a medium weighted wine that is very silky and refined.
