Tasting Notes

All the intensity and wonder of the Auslese, and then some. Deep, honeyed aromas of dried pineapple and dripping passion fruit are accented with orange blossom and wild mint. Each of the thousand flavors swirls on the dynamic palate, simulating the experience of trying to view a Monet painting from up-close. Yet, the real magic only happens when you step back and take it in as a wonderful, beautiful whole. Despite the lushness, it achieves a wonderful lightness and quiet, timeless beauty.
